For cancellations received before or on Monday, July 23, 2012, midnight CET, deposits will be refunded less CHF 75.- for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Official Letters of Invitation/Visa
Visas to Switzerland
All participants must have a valid passport and/or an appropriate travel document to enter Switzerland. Some participants may also require a visa. Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates, and must be obtained before coming to arrival in Switzerland. Please verify with your travel agent. For complete information on entry into Switzerland and visa requirements - including a list of countries requiring a visa - please visit the webside from the Federal office of Migration.
If you are also attending the congress in Milan, it is possible to apply for one visa (Italian or Switzerland), which should be destinated for travelling in both countries (Schengen Area).
If you require a visa, it is strongly recommended that you apply at least three months in advance to ensure you receive your visa in time for travel. To obtain a visa application form, visit the Swiss Embassy, High Commission or Consulate nearest to you.
Please note that the Congress organizers and secretariat do not have the authority to act on behalf on individuals in obtaining visas.
Official Invitation Letters
To support visa applications for Congress participants coming from countries requiring visa to enter Switzerland a letter of invitation can be obtained by sending an email to patrizia.reolon@paranet.ch. Your passport information must be declared.
