Rights to the content
The content of the website of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation (SPF) is protected by copyright. Changes, including only partial changes, as well as reproduction, referencing and use for public or commercial purposes are not permitted without the prior written permission of the SPF.
The SPF will retain title to the entire website or parts thereof, as well as to documents and other information, after downloading, copying, editing, etc. No rights will be assigned through the actions mentioned above. The SPF will retain all rights (in particular, copyright and trade mark rights) to all the elements on the website and can avail of all opportunities to enforce these rights in full.
The name of the foundation, its logo and the other organisations (such as SPA, SPC, SPF) are protected names. Use of the SPF website will not constitute the granting of a licence or of a right to use an image, a registered trade mark or a logo.
The integrity of information published on the SPF website is checked with the normal care and attention when it is compiled. However, the SPF does not provide any guarantee that the information provided is up to date, complete, correct, or free from errors.
Exclusion from liability
The SPF does not assume any liability within the legally permissible scope for any direct or indirect losses and/or consequential losses arising from information provided on the website.
All personal data made available to the SPF will be processed in accordance with the data protection regulations. No data which is made available to the SPF will be disclosed to third parties and is only used for the requested purposes.
Unless otherwise indicated, the services and offers provided by the SPF via the Internet, as well as corresponding information, only apply to people and companies with Swiss domiciles under civil law. Swiss law will exclusively govern all information or data and the use of this, as well as all actions, tolerances or omissions associated with the SPF website.
The SPF reserves the right to amend or update the information or data provided at any time without prior notice.
